List at least 3 foods that we eat that can cause our Hearts to get Plugged up.

three foods that can plug our harts are:lots of potatoes chips, candy, and fast food. three things we can do to prevent our harts from clogging up are:getting plenty of exersise, getting plenty of sleep, and eating heathy food.

Hi Mr.Morrow,The 3 things that can get your heart plugged up is Smoking,Drinking,Doing drigs.
The other way that helps us not to get our heart plugged up is Apples,Bannanas,Orages. Hi Mr.Morrow again i am saying thanks to all the fun activites that we have been doing in Pyhisical Education.

Hi Mr.Morrow,3 foods that are bad for you are drinking and sugar and junk food and 3 foods that are good for you are apples and bannans and pears pe is very good for you because it helps you stretch out and get good muscles and have a good pe teacher mr.morrow.

strawberries and other fruits are great for your heart another great food is before you play basketball game or a track meet spagetti and other pasta type foods are good for your heart meat potatoes and milk build up strong bones and can keep you strong as long as yo eat them alot with my family we drink alot of milk so i think we should have pretty strong bones as long as we keep making heathy eating choices by: Emily Morrow
